a Scottish-Irish wedding in a Japanese garden

Colleen + John’s love of the outdoors led them to have their wedding in the Japanese Stroll Garden of The Hammond Museum in North Salem, NY.

It was the perfect setting for a beautiful day.

Colleen + John exchanged vows in front of their families and friends amongst the red maples, bamboo grove and Katsura trees.

JoAnn and her crew from Food Fantasies did an incredible job. They were so friendly, attentive and a pleasure to work with.

A huge thank you to Colleen + John for letting me be a part of their warm and joyful family on such a special day.

a White Plains wedding featuring some Greens

Although Michelle and Ned were both living in Florida when they first met, they’ve recently relocated to Western Massachusetts.

But when it came time to decide on where to have their wedding they decided to come back to White Plains, where Michelle grew up.

Despite some dress drama in the weeks before the wedding, Michelle’s dress was amazing. It featured this incredible lace-up back that took a little work to get just right.

Michelle + Ned exchanged vows in the same church that Grandma Florence had 70 years ago.

Then we headed over to the greens at The Scarsdale Golf Club in Hartsdale, NY to get some portraits before heading inside for the reception.

A special thanks to Michelle + Ned for including me in their wedding–congratulations!
