all work and no Playland makes Chrissy a dull girl

Playland Park in Rye, NY is about 15 minutes away from me and one of my favorite places to spend the day.

even though the park isn’t open until later in the year, i decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and take my friend Chrissy (who in addition to being beautiful is also a great photographer) out to Playland for a fun portrait session.

getting to know Suzanne + Marc

i had a great time this afternoon with Suzanne + Marc creating portraits inspired by the most recent James Bond movie “Casino Royale“.

Suzanne loved having an excuse to go shopping for the black cocktail dress that she wore for our shoot and to show off her pink shoes that are an essential part of how she and Marc met.

coincidentally, the movie was released last year on the same date as Suzanne + Marc’s wedding will be this year.

after the sun went down we hung out in Times Square for a while.
